Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to let you know that I am extremely unhappy with the data port dongle that I purchased from your shop 3 days ago. While the internet connectivity is working well but has a lot of fluctuations in continuous connectivity and device has to be kept in charge always. I hope you understand my situation, as the sole purpose of purchasing this device is not been served.

Let me brief the problem in detail, although it’s been 3 days that I have purchased the equipment, I have been using this after office hours but unfortunately, it was working well for a limited time. Yesterday I connected from home that is when I realized the latency problems and battery life of this instrument. I could not connect to my office work for more than 2 hours, had to skip my important meetings and finally had to mark leave.

Would you be able to replace this instrument at the earliest? As I have read the company policies in the which are covered under the warranty/guarantee period and it’s been just 4 days that I have purchased this. I have hard project deadlines that need to be met by this month end for which I need to connect from home after office hours and might have to work at home on weekends as well.

Please address my issue at the earliest, looking over to hear from you.
