You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Dear Anna,
Hello, how are you? I hope you are having a joyous time. I am writing this letter to invite you to visit my country and spend some time with me.
I would like you to visit me in the month of January as I am very interested for you to attend the Republic Day event on 26th of January. I am sure you will enjoy the event and will get to know about the history of India and period of glory and sacrifices by our great leaders for their country
On 26th of January Republic Day is celebrated as on this day the constitution of India came into force on 26th January 1950. On this day, flag hoisting ceremonies and parades by armed forces and school children are held at Rajpath in New Delhi, which showcases a multi-hued image of the country's rich cultural heritage and military prowess. Moreover, people pay tribute to the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the country and to confer bravery awards to gallantry award winners such as military persons, citizenry and children for showing courage in the face of adversity.
I have planned several other activities for us to enjoy. We will visit all the monuments and historical places in Delhi. Furthermore, we will not only enjoy the scrumptious and succulent street food in Delhi but will also do a lot of shopping.
Inform me once you will book the tickets and since in January there are winters please keep warm clothes as well as medicines you require.
Take care and see you soon,
With love,
Prabhpreet Kaur
