I am writing this letter to let you know that I would not be able to continue my evening course in French language for a few months. Let me explain my situation in detail.
I am working as an assistant manager in IDFC Mutual fund. Since, the organisation has launched a New Fund Offer from 24th September till 30th September. There is a lot of inflow of applications from the customers investing a huge amount of funds in the new schemes. Not only the applications have to be processed but also the high value cheques have to be banked on the same day.
My senior wans me to work for extra hours in office during this time so that the work is carried out smoothly. As a result, I reach home at 10 pm so I will not be able to attend my classes from 6pm to 7 pm. Moreover, after reaching home I am so tired that I cannot focus on my studies and assignment.
I hope you will consider my situation and allow me to continue with my course and studies by joining the next available batch.
