Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in reference to inform that I will not be able to continue the part-time course.
As you are aware I am a full-time employee at Zeta Inc and had joined the part-time evening classes to strengthen my profile and help me in constant endeavour to achieve success at professional front. To elucidate I have recently been assigned to some international projects in which I am required to travel internationally. Hence, I am not in a position to continue the course for at least three months until the time I finish these critical projects and do a smooth handover to my clients.
I certainly was aiming to complete this course but due to work assignments lately, I ask to shift me in a new batch after three months. If you are not able to offer me this option then I request you to refund the partial fee amount and credit this amount in my bank account.
I look forward to your immediate response on this issue.
