Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student of your institute studying in batch number 67 of working professionals in the evening. I am writing to you to inform that I might not be able to pursue this course further.
As you are aware that I am being employed with one of the leading product based IT company of our region and my office timings are 8 to 5. However, we have to sometimes extend due to client commitments and when there are website deployments. Since our project is undergoing this critical phase, I am finding it really hard to make both ends meet and I have not been able to attend few classes last week. Therefore, in my better interests, I may not be able to continue the coaching at this moment, especially when my performance is getting observed closely.
Once our workload reduces, I could join back. I would also be looking for batches operational over the weekends rather than on weekdays. This would surely help me in learning the course better and with more motivation and passion.
I hope you understand my concern and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
Hary
