I have been a client at your bank since 2003; I am writing to you for a complaint about the last statement which I received yesterday.
Regarding the information that I got from the bank stating letter, I observed that there is a mistake on it. it shows that my account is $240 , but it should be S200; the last payment was $200 . Actully I am quite surprised by that because this is the first time I find such this mistake.
Hence, I would like to request your bank to Verify my bank account, because I believe that there is a misunderstanding on this matter.
I expect to hear from you very soon, and please give this matter your immediate attention.
