You have just received a credit card statement from your bank The statement lists a number of expensive purchases that you are sure you did not make Write a letter to the bank manager In the letter Introduce yourself Explain that you did not buy the items

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter reflects my recent credit card purchases that are not made by me. In addition to that, these activities are on the list of expensive products.

Let me introduce myself. My name is William Nomad, and I am working as a Technical consultant at one of the leading retailers. I am with your esteem bank for more than 5+ years.

Coming back to the issue — I faced with the credit card sales. I have seen recent purchases on my credit card that are expensive and high compared to my average monthly credit card bill. These costly diamond necklaces cost $22000 from Dianna Jewelers; two bags cost $4599 and $7200, and shoes of $2800.

I am confident these events are not correct. I like to propose several solutions to fix these events. To get things started, to confirm these activities are not mistaken. Further, if these transactions are legit, validate where sales happened & collect additional information from the merchandise. Finally, cancel these sales and reinforce these don't happen in the future.

I hope these expensive purchases from the statement will resolve ASAP. Please find my attached account.

Best Regards,
William Nomad
