Dear manager,
I am writing you this letter regarding the issue of the computer. As you know, I am working on a file that you gave me yesterday. But the thing is, the computer is not responding properly.
I am finding so many difficulties to prepare the given file. To be specific, it starts freezing and when I try to type something on a word pad it does not respond like- automatically remove the words. Therefore, I am not able to prepare the file.
A solution can be done if you send a computer expert or technician as soon as possible. I truly believe that the expert will fix these major problems at an appropriate time.
