Dear John,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a significant problem in your house which is about noise music too loud.
I met a professional musician who moved to your house last week. It is understandable that he probably in a band so that he has to practice frequently, however, he plays electric guitar all the hours with high noise, sometimes till late night. It is unsuitable for us to have that in this quiet residential area.
I am a writer who works from home so I need a silent area to finish my writing job, without that noise I have not done anything. Last time I tried to way out to coffee house and library at day but I find that he practice at night without stopping.
There was one time I told him the problem but he did not change, play it as usual so I hope you can talk to him to let him volume down or choose a certain time to practice.
Thank you in advance and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Joe
