Dear Ms. Smith,
My name is Chhavi Arora. I am writing this letter to complaint about the garbage littering in front of your house. I am your neighbor residing in the house next to yours.

It is being a week since this problem has started. Your domestic help keeps your garbage bags outside your door. Therefore attracting numerous insects, rodents and dogs. These creatures not only are great threat to health but also dangerous.

I intended to intimate this matter to society manager but thought to write you first personally.I want you to instruct strictly to throw the bags into the bin located few houses away from yours over the corner of this street.
