Therefore, with the concerns stated above, I would like to request you to cancel the card and send a replacement to my home address at 221 Baker Street, London within the next couple of weeks of possible. I hope you understand that this matter is quite urgent for me and am expecting you to ensure the safety of my account as well. Please reply me by mail for any extra details or documents that you might require.
