I am writing this letter to inform you about the misplaced Bank card.
I am a customer of your IDFC Bank, maintaining a current account since 2015. My account number Is 55654546546516546. I received a letter from you Bank stating the issue of the new Bank Card with higher credit limit. However, when I opened the envelope to my surprise! They Bank card was missing.
I am worried about the lost card might create some unfavourable and inconvenient situations for me The person having my Bank card might use it either for any fraudulent activities or might make some expensive purchases.
I would request you to kindly block the lost card so that it is not misused by anyone. Moreover, I would request you to kindly issue me a new card as soon as possible as there are some urgent payments that have to be made. Additionally, please make sure that this mistake does not happen in future and no client suffer because of the negligence done by your staff.
I hope you will prioritise my request and will take necessary actions as early as possible .
