Dear Samira,
It was a great pleasure and surprise to get your letter in the mailbox just after reaching home. I am very excited that you have finally decided to visit me.
In your letter, you mentioned that you are coming in October. I am very sorry to say that, I will not be able to enjoy our time together in October. As you know, my last semester of MBA is about to come to an end. I will be having semester finals in October. I do not know the exact schedule of my examinations but the authority has confirmed that it will start from around the middle of October. Usually, finals take about 12 to 15 days to end. That means I will be occupied for the whole of October. However, after finishing the examination, I will be completely free. In fact, my classmates are planning for a trip to Srimangal after the examination. Please try and reschedule your time for November so that you can join us on our Srimangal trip. That is a marvelous place adorned with tea-gardens. You will have an amazing time. Also, I will have plenty of time to show you around my town. There will be no time constraints for attending classes or any study-related purposes.
I hope you will understand my problem. Please consider my inability and make a plan for November. I cannot wait to see you and hang out with you like old times.
With love,
Sharna
