Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to avail an English translation of a Spanish record.
Description of the symptoms of a disease is very important to diagnose any disease and possible treatments. I work in a multinational company that has offices across the globe. Recently, in an internal newsletter I published an article about possible cure for Epilepsy in Ayurveda. This newsletter is localized in all languages for a company wide circulation. A colleague of mine, from Spain has a child who has been suffering from Epilepsy for the past few years and is interested in exploring more about a possible treatment in Ayurveda.
However, the only language he speaks and understands is Spanish and I am not familiar with Spanish. He has recorded all the questions and emailed me the audio file. This linguistic barrier, has been an impediment in responding to his quires. Considering that he is seeking for urgent medical help that alleviate his son's condition, it is important that I understand his question. It would be grateful if you could translate the contents of this file at the earliest so that I can respond to his inquires.
Looking forward to a prompt response from your agency at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Rajie
