Dear Sir or Madam,
I was involved in an interview organised by your establishment on 24th July. The purpose of writing this letter is to confirm the status of my profile whether it has been shortlisted or not for the position.
It was a requirement for a Big Data Analyst role, matching with my skill-set. As intimidated by the organiser, the opportunity was for one of the Sydney-based banking clients with one year contract for people with expertise in Hadoop terminologies, Data-warehousing and ETL process.
Mr. Robbie Curva, the Data Scientist, involved in the hiring-process, was highly impressed with my technical knowledge, which gave me the indication of being the right candidate for this position. In fact, my relocation from Melbourne to Sydney was also discussed. At last, they informed that an offer letter would be emailed to me in the upcoming week.
However, the invitation is still not arrived. Being under notice period with my current employer, it is elusive to decide whether I should apply elsewhere or wait for your response. It would be much appreciated if you can update me in three working days so that I do not accept job offers from other organisations.
I look forward to receiving a prompt response from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Pardeep Kumar
