I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my new MP3 player which I bought that last month from your authorized shop.
I bought a W-50 series one for 100$ with two years warranty which sale person told me it is the last model. After a couple of days it was broken and neither play button nor USB worked properly.I was very surprised to discover those serious problem in few days. can you imagine how much worse could it be. Subsequently, I went to you and ask for replacement. You assistance said that if I wanted to replace my device with new one, I would wait for two weeks or he can change it with the another low-level one. I am really found of gadgets and you know how awful it was.
I am really disappointed with your product and you services have I received. Thus I expected for the full refund of 100$ as soon as possible.
