Dear Sir,
The plumbing job done last weekend at Beverly 19th W has rendered problematic as of this morning. There has been leakage on the ceiling below and it is starting to propagate to the walls as well.
The newly installed pipes may have passed too close to the heated water conduits and that is causing loose joint, therefore leakage. I have shut off heater valves to subdue the problem. It has been partially helpful but should be reversed before 10 PM due to the cold.
Please fix this issue at the earliest possible time. In case of further damages to the unit below, us and consequently your company will be liable. It would especially be very expensive to reimburse any costs associated with electrical malfunctions due to the leakage.
Based on our contract, 6 other projects remain to complete in the upcoming 2 months. It would be highly recommended to ensure this issue does not arise in more units; otherwise, our continued partnership would be in jeopardy.
I anticipate seeing you again soon.
Yours faithfully,
Bob Smith
