I am doing great and hope you are also sailing in the same boat. I am writing this letter to tell you about my shifting to a new residence last week.
As you know, my last accommodation was on rent and it has been over a year that I was living there. While renewing the lease, my owner announced the sudden rise in the rental which was almost the double, so, after discussion with my family, they helped me in buying a flat.
The new apartment is located in the posh area with a great amenities such as indoor pool, gymnasium, club house etc. The neighbors are very cordial and they also invited me over the dinner as I do not have a gas connection and applied the same on my behalf. Although, I do not have any acquaintances here but with their assistance, I made good connections in my building and everyone here is very helpful and jovial.
I am organizing a house-warming party next Saturday and the invitations have sent to all of our friends and I also want to you join us. Please spare a few extra days, as, there is a lot to catch up since our last meeting.
