How are you? I hope everything is okay. Remember last year I was planning to move to a new house at the River Land neighborhood, guess what?!! I got it last week. It’s even much better than the one I was planning to buy.
It is a duplex house with a decent backyard overlooking the river, I will take you through it, imagine you are standing by the entrance you will see on your right hand the guest toilet, moving forward will be the reception once you enter it you will find on your left hand the open kitchen with a wide mid-isle the one I was always dreaming about. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one master with attached bathroom and the other two share one. also, a small family living room connecting all the rooms together.
The neighborhood is the perfect place fo living with lots of green spaces and kids’ playground. It’s eco-friendly and they design it as per LEED standards to meet the community needs. Also, it has a linear board-walk beside the river with an array of restaurants and cafeterias, it is magical at night.
Why do not you come with the kids and stay for the weekend? will spend a family day together and show you the decoration I have chosen for the house and take your feedback and also show you the facilities in our community maybe I can convince you to move next door, ha-ha.
