You have recently stayed in a hotel and after returning back you realize that you have left a piece of cloth at your hotel room. Write a letter to manager of hotel.
In the letter, you should:
• explain the clothing
• say where you left it
• what the manager should do if he/she finds out
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to seek your assistance in finding my belonging, which I forgot at your hotel during my recent stay. I checked in on February 24, 2019 at 7 PM, and checked out on February 27, 2019 at 9 PM.
The missing item is a black dinner jacket, with golden buttons on it. It has a brand logo of “Armani” inside it, which makes it distinctive from others. Also, it is of medium size and the color of the inner side cloth is purple. The item might also contain receipt of the hotel payment.
As my stay was in room number 05 on ground, this is where I left it. I attended a conference a day before leaving. After the event, I kept it in the wardrobe of the room and did not put it back in my bag while leaving; therefore, the item should be in the wardrobe of that room.
I would request you to make arrangements for tracing the jacket in the place of my stay and if you find it, please give information about it on my contact number.
I am looking forward to your cooperation in this matter. The required relevant proof of my stay is attached to this letter.
Yours faithfully,
Salman Khan
