Dear Sir,

Myself Manish, a student of your university from the batch of 2018-2022.
Recently I was alloted a shared room L-222 on campus and I'm facing a lot of problems to adjust with the other roommates.
Let me explain you my situation in detail. My roommate is persuing his degree in music production, hence a lot of time we have many of his classmates coming in to the room for their music practice and other assignments, I agree that it is a part of their academic requirement but it is causing me porblems, for example: I am unable to study because of the noise and as my final semester is approaching it is extremley important for me to have a quite room to study.
I approached my roommate with this issue and he did not bother to understand my situation and adjust to it.
I would prefer a shared room with someone who is quite and will be really helpful if he is in the similar field of study.

Yours faithfully,
Manish
