I am writing to you to report my lost item on one of your trains.
My item was a small white gift bag, it was really precious to me and gifted by my husband on our first anniversary. Inside there was a blue box consist valuable bracelet with a brand name 'Swarovski' worth 500 pounds. Moreover, a guarantee card of 3 years warranty also 100 pounds coupons.
I must have lost the bracelet between 5:15 - 6:15 (Peak hours) while traveling to southbound on circle line towards Wembley on Monday 17th July 2018 evening. If I recall I was sitting in the second carriage near to the door.
