Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with regard to flight AC 456 of your airlines, which I was going to board, but, unfortunately, missed it due to faulty reporting system.
As I mentioned earlier, I was supposed to board the flight AC 456 that was going from Delhi to Canada on June 12, 2020. According to the company’s website, it was scheduled to depart at 8 am in the morning; however, when I arrived at the IGI airport, it had already left. Officials said the fight was preponed to 5 am in the morning, therefore, I was unable to check-in on time eventually missing it.
This incident has brought a tremendous amount of inconvenience because I was supposed to catch this flight and arrive at my designated learning institute to start my tertiary education. Since I was already missed my flight, I would not be a part of the orientation program which my university is going to hold soon. The program is crucial to attend to newcomers in order to get a better understanding of the surrounding and culture of the university.
I would like to arrange another flight as soon as you can so that I can reach Algoma University on time before my academic session begins. I am willing to take flights with multiple stops or long layover-time as I am in a desperate state right now and just want to reach there at any cost even if it comes with some inconvenience.
