Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Nishit Mehta and I am a frequent traveler from Mumbai to Delhi because of my work demands.As I always have an amazing experience with Aeroflot,this time I was very disappointed with the service and behaviour of the staff.I am writing to complain about the staff's unprofessional behaviour.
As I had an urgent meeting on Tuesday to Delhi in the morning at 10:00, I booked a flight in advance.I reached airport 3 hours before schedule time like I do mostly.But to my surprise,I was informed to wait for a while by the staff as they said there is a system failure.The notifications on the computer highlighted that the amount was not paid and can not proceed further for boarding.When I raised my concern to the higher authority showing this ,they straight away denied to help.Instead,they blamed me for not paying the amount and did baseless arguments.As a result,at last I missed my flight and had a huge loss of time and money.
I am exceedingly displeased with a staff attitude and consequences arisen,thus I demand for full refund of my ticket.
I will appreciate an immediate action from customer service department.
