You need a book and you didn’t find it in the library. Write a letter to a bookshop manager and say
– Describe the book.
– Why do you need it?
– How will you pay for it?
Hello Sir
I am writing this letter for my concern for not getting the Cambridge books that I wanted from the wordsmith library, this week.
Let me describe everything in detail. I already informed the bookseller earlier this week about my need for the book. I was assured by your seller that I would get the Cambridge books for ielts on this thursday. This is the 15th version of the book and it has been newly launched in the market.
This book is highly important for me as I am sitting for the exam this month. It includes all the relevant practice test from the latest exams. To add, this book is very important in terms of the new exam pattern that has changed only from this time. Therefore, I am in dire need of this book. Without it, it would get difficult for me to appear for the exam.
As I am residing out of the town in the outskirt area so it is nearly impossible for me to again visit the library to collect books. I would ask you to please deliver it to my mentioned address by this weekend. I would pay the book amount by Paytm as it is accepted there. Moreover, please make sure to send them on correct address and if I am not available at home, you can deliver it to my neighbor, Mr. Ilash Sisodiya. I would later collect it from him. My address is already provided to the Mr. Hardik in the library.
I look forward for receiving the book at the earliest. Please let me know for any other required detail.
Your's faithfully
Urvashi Singh
