You noticed a room at your company office that can be used as a relaxation room. Write a letter to your manager and ask to use the room for this purpose.
In your letter,
• explain why you are suggesting this
• which room it is
• what changes in the room will need to be done
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear ............,
Dear Mr. Wesley,
I am writing this letter with regards to propose some idea of converting the room next to meeting room into recreational room.
This idea came into my mind when I visited H& HN company for meeting. During their company tour, they shown me games room where many people spend their leisure time in playing chess or billiards and many more indoor games. The fact that HR told me behind this concept is for employee satisfaction and to increase overall performance. I spoke with some of the staff in our organization and they welcomed this idea.
As the room which is next to meeting room is unused from past few months. Before getting a cupboard which is kept at the reception, the room was previously used for storage of files and other stationeries. So, we can convert that room for recreational activities.
In my view, we have sofas and spare chairs in our storage so we would need billiard table, chess board and other games including some fitness equipments. We would also take view of other employees for decorating the room to make the place lively.
I hope you would consider this idea and will be waiting for positive response.
Yours sincerely,
Tim Frank
