I am writing with regard to the order 1208. I bought online a laptop in your website last week. Unfortunately, I received yesterday the box in a very poor condition. The box was broken and the laptop has a hit on the right corner. I attached you photos from the damaged box and laptop. I put an annotation on the delivery confirmation.
Also, I don't receive the model I ordered. I ordered the model 503 in black and I received the 501 in white.
As a result, I'd like to return the laptop.
Could you please send me the laptop model 503? If this is not possible, I would like to get a refund.
