you ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the cheque book. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I ordered a cheque-book for my saving account that I maintain with your bank. It has been two weeks now, but I still do not receive yet. Through this letter, I complain about that service bad service, I am hoping you will rectify this as soon as possible.
Firstly, I placed an order for cheque-book on 14th July. Secondly, I submitted the request form along with the amount which is required for obtaining this. Further, I deposit request forms on the counter no- 1. I must say that the service provided by your bank was very good, but not at this time.
Not only, I have been a customer of your bank for 10 years, but also, I had applied for my cheque book so many times. Moreover, It took only 4-5 working days to reach at my home address, but now I have not received it yet. Could you tell me how much time more your branch takes to send me this on my home address? Further, I also hope that you take strict against the employee who is responsible for the delay.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet Kauri.
