Dear Sir,
I am writing in context to the order that I had placed through your website on 12th December. I had ordered two products from your online store. And, I am really disappointed with the company, as the item that I have received are different than that displayed on your site.
I had ordered one Pressure cooker with a nonstick bottom and another item was a King size Bed sheet. On opening the courier, I found that the cooker did not have the non stick coating, and rather it was simple stainless steel. And, the bed sheet that I saw on your website had a floral design, where as the one I received have criss-cross linings. So, i am really disappointed with the quality and disparity of the products.
I would really appreciate if you can take the order back and provide me with the original choice of products. Also, as I have paid the delivery charges for this order, I would want you to bear the returning charges and the cost of new delivery, as it was a mistake from your end.
I hope you will look in to this matter and give me the best possible solution.
Thank you.
Yours Sincerely,
Mary Anne
