1) Explain why you want to take a language course

2)Give information about yourself

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire about an intensive English crash course at your language school. I would like to enroll for the course in order to prepare for the IELTS test which I plan to take on next month.

I am a hard-working student living in India, and I would like to proficient in English. I have already attained an upper-intermediate level of English but would like to get an advanced level of English in speaking and reading.

In fact, I would like to maximize the level of my English because I am going to apply for vocational training abroad; therefore, I need to get high band score in the IELTS to receive this training.

Would you mind informing me about the fees structure of this course? I would also like to know if you give accommodation for language learners from abroad.

Thank you for your time and help. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

Atul Dixit
