Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in respond to your request for a feedback regarding my latest flight with your esteemed airline company, and which I and my family enjoyed a lot.
First of all, I would like to begin with the reason for choosing your company for my latest flight. Although I travel a lot with another airline company, I decided to book a flight your company as a friend of mine told me that he had a comfortable and enjoyable flight with your company.
The thing I really liked about the flight is the installed movie player. Despite the fact that all airline companies have a movie player, my children really enjoyed your interactive movie player that allows passengers to choose what to watch.
However, it worth mentioning that the legs space between the seats are narrow and that was very disturbing for me and my wife. I believe that widening the space between the seats would be a great improvement.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future
Yours faithfully,
Muhammad Ramzy
