You recently attended a conference and would like to give a presentation to your colleagues about it. Write a letter to your manager and include: The topic of the conference Why you want to present about it When it could be done
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to seek the permission about presenting the facts about the conference which I attended last week, to enlightening my coworkers about the useful information.
Last Monday, I attended a 2 days seminar on 'The advanced computing techniques'. It has proved to be very beneficial for me, as I came to know about many facts regarding fragmenting the computer memory to improve the performance of the personal device.
In our company, workers have to deal with a lot of data on daily basis, and some employees find it troublesome task to handle a bulk of information. Thus, discussing some modern techniques would definitely help them out to deal with this. They could also broaden the horizons of their knowledge and can teach others as well.
Therefore, I decided to sending some time on this Saturday after 2 o clock would be the best time, as most of people are free and would pay full concentration. It would be a great favor if you allow me to share my knowledge with the staff.
Looking forward for a prompt and positive response from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Armando
