Dear Sir
I am writing this letter to inform you that, I have forgotten some important documents in your hotel during my stay there last week.
We had a business meeting and I was accommodated in room number 311. After my meeting, I came straight to my room and kept a file in the drawer of the table in my room. However, while checking out I forgot to collect my document file as I had to rush to catch my flight.
These paper hold a great importance for me, as they contain a classified information relating to my business. By any chance, if this file goes in wrong hands this will bring detrimental effect on my business and may lead to financial damage.
I request you to either check with the housekeeping staff if they have found this file, or, you go personally to the room and take this file in your safe custody. Along with this, please arrange to send this file to my address that is provided in your records.
I hope you will acknowledge the urgency of the matter and help me with the same on high priorities.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Param Sabharwal
