Dear sir
I am one of your customers. I have bought many kitchen equipments from your shop and satisfied with them. That is why, I bought an induction from your shop hoping that this time also I can get best item that will last long. But sorry to say, I am not satisfied with the item that I bought as well as by the service provided by you. I am writing this letter to explain you the problem with an induction and response that I get when I called at your shop.
Last week, I bought an induction of prestige company from your shop. When I was buying it, I asked a salesman to check whether it is working but he refused to check it. He told me that, It is wokring properly, no need to test. When I came back home, I placed it in my wardrobe as I did not need it at that time. But yesterday, when I used it to boil a milk it was not getting heated althought it was on and red light was also blinking. Then, I phoned at your shop and asked to exchange the
item. The person who picked up the call was refused to help me out from this problem. He said that it is not possible to change the item because we can not replace equipments after a week.
I am unhappy by the way he treated me as he was not listening to my situation. I believe that you are the only person who will help me in this situation hence I am writing this letter to you. I want you to take back your induction and refund me whole money. If this is not possible then just exchange the equipment.
Your prompt response will be appreciated. Hope to get a satisfied response from you.
Yours sincerely
Malisa Peterson
