explain what happened when you phoned the shop
say what you would like the manager to do
Write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir,
I have recently purchased an electric cooker last week, on Monday. After days of use, the ON-OFF button stopped working and I immediately contacted the shop. The executive of the store said that my problem would be rectified within 24 hours. Even after 48 hours, no response for your store.
I called the shop today in the morning to get the update of my problem. To my astonished, I came to know that my problem had not been logged yet. I never expect such kind of ignorance from a reputed shop.
I want a serious action from your end; either you resolve my issue by today itself or replace the product. If both are not possible today, kindly refund the amount. Furthermore, please take some action on your service staff by giving proper feedback of my concern.
Hope to see a positive response from you and thanks in anticipation.
Regards,
Bibhu Kalita
