I hope you are doing well. I am writing with regards to my home renovation that has been finished last month. I remember that you were thinking about this matter, and I decided to share my experience with you. May the following information may be of use to you.
As you know my place is an old building and all the infrastructure needed considerable repair as they have been installed many years ago and since then nothing has been changed. All the pipes and electricity wires had to be replaced as they were broken or were near to failure because of corrosion. Windows and doors had to be fixed or replaced and also, floors, especially in the kitchen, needed to be repaired. I decided to repaint the walls with a bright and light color instead of the previous dark color.
As you know me, I have never done these kind of work and I absolutely did not anything about the repair process. So, according to recommendation of one of my colleague I decided to make a contract with one well-known tradesman who has a great reputation for renovation process in the town. He has a high-tech company with multidisciplinary sections include piping, welding, and all complemantry operation.
I would also like to draw to your attention to the necessity of renovation process, since your home is as old as my house and I believe it is the right time to refresh the building. Recently, the price of new houses has been increased significantly, so it would be better to repair your house instead of buying new houses.
