Dear Sir,
I have completed my cookery course at your school last month. I am writing regarding your request for the reviews on the course I had done.
In this course, the tutor's style of teaching was outstanding. He was very polite and patient with all the students. Apart from teaching us the delicious recipes of Indian and Chinese Cuisine, we were also given special tips to improve our chopping and presentation skills.
During this course, I have learned 12 Indian and 7 Chinese food recipes. The chef also provided us with information on using alternative ingredients if some of the ingredients are not available to prepare a particular dish. In other words, theoretical knowledge in cookery along with practical made this course worthwhile.
However, I would advise you to include some cookery classes in Continental and Italian Cuisine. Since they are in high demand nowadays, it would be beneficial for your cookery school.
