Dear Ms. Susan,
I am glad to hear from you and writing in reply of your feedback request of “Chinese Cuisine”, an eight-week course I was enrolled in October last year.
I must say the course was worthful for me, as my husband is a big fan of Chinese food. Cooking is one of my favorite hobby and in this way, I not only serve my husband his favorite dishes but also enjoy my spare time now. Another wonderful thing was your teaching style, from practical and entertaining teaching approach you taught us a range of dishes.
It is been two months now; I am cooking different types of pasta and noodles twice every week. Last weekend, I tried egg fried rice with Manchurian which was delicious. We had Chinese cuisine on three out of six weekends since, and every time my family loved the taste and aroma.
I am recommending this course to all my friends who are beginners at cooking. However, for myself, I want you to please launch some baking classes through which I could learn some bakery items. That will really polish my skills and improve my baking.
