Hope you are doing well. I would like to bring to your notice that there is water leakage from the tap in the washroom and kitchen. The problem surfaced last week and has continued since then and has been causing discomfort to me and my family.
The issue is with the washel of both the taps which has gone loose which results in the water leakage, a similar problem is with the kitchen tap which does not close properly and hence results in a lot of water wastage. Due to this walls around the tap are getting damaged and hence this problem requires immediate attention.
Thus I would request you to ask a plumber to pay us a visit on Saturday around 5 pm to fix this issue and ask him to bring additional washels as I suspect this can resolve the issue.
