- Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with regards to a full day meeting which I had organized in the conference room at your hotel. Although the meeting went smoothly, towards the end the participants gave a feedback, where expressed their satisfaction as well as their grievances.
Let me explain in detail. Firstly, most were very happy with the politeness and alertness of the staff. Not only were all are requirements were catered, but they even went beyond our expectation to meet our unusually difficult client demands. Secondly, the room was well lit and ventilated which was extremely important as we had people of different age groups. Sadly, last but not least the food was a major disappointed because it was served cold. Consequently, the bread turned into rubber and the gravy was just distasteful. Moreover, some found the food to be stale and unappetizing.
All in all the services and facilities of the hotel are top quality, however it would be better if the catering department was changed. they are hampering the image of the hotel. Furthermore, since you are the manager it would be advisable to be present during such important events to ensure such situations do not arise in future.
I look forward to your reply and hope some quick action is taken.
Yours faithfully,
Mary Smith
