Dear sir/Madam
I am writing you regarding to a meeting which was organized in your hotel early last week for the employees of the “Talent” company. According the feedback given by the guests, all of them like your hotel amenities, particularly the building with tastefully decorated of as well as the good reception and the quality of transfer provided.
However, notwithstanding the fact that all of our colleagues have given positive opinions about the high quality of hotel, they were entirely disappointed about the meals. In fact, all the guests were certainly dissatisfied with the quality of food that was served for lunch. Therefore, these meats and breads with poor quality that were eaten by the guests led to several health problems such as food poisoning and indigestion for them.
Taking into consideration the mentioned above, we would appreciate it if you apply a better control on your kitchen and the process of cooking. I also recommend you to buy fresh food Ingredients which are provided by the local hypermarket.
I hope that at the result of these changes, discontentment is replaced by satisfaction in our next visit.
Yours faithfully
Mans
