Dear sir/madam
I am writing in regard to share the experiences of our participants who attended the symposium which was held at your hotel on 12th of this month.
Everyone was really impressed by the way the conference hall was arranged, which exactly complied with our business theme. They were satisfied with the facilities provided by the hotel. Moreover, the staff members were polite and proactive.
However, there were some complaints about the food which left a black mark on your hotel reputation, as most of our clients are high dignitaries. The food served was cold which badly compromised the taste. Especially the hot and sour chicken soup which was supposed to be served hot.
I would like to suggest that a chef should be in charge of the food before it is served, so that the chef will ensure that the food is served at right temperature at right quantity.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
John thomas
