Dear Michael,
How are you doing? I’m writing to you to give you a piece of advice as you asked me whether to go to study further or go to work.
If I were you, I’d find a job straight away because nowadays experience is more appreciated than the qualification, don’t you think? Going to college means that you need to pay for that, study late at night and struggle to work during the day anyway. This would mean double effort and I think it’s not worth it but this is just my opinion.
Starting working earlier would increase your chance to make your own career in the future. Extra experience will increase your confidence, understanding and give you an opportunity to move on.
I’d suggest starting working in a restaurant as a waitress, then after a while to move on to a manager position and after a couple of years start your own restaurant business. That’s how people do in these days. Anyway, let me know what you have decided and let’s keep in touch.
Best wishes,
Ricardo
