Hope you are doing well.Glad to know that you have passed you graduation and looking out for prospects ahead and are confused whether to pursue higher studies or opt for a job instead.
As you have already completed your graduation in engineering,you would easily get a job in any of the local IT firms where you can gain industry knowledge and practical skills which you would not be able to gain in college ,especially when you have a technical background.Also,higher education like MBA is expensive and will put burden on your current financial condition.
It requires too much effort and dedication to complete MBA.If you utilize this time and dedication at your profession ,you would easily able to fetch a promotion at your work place within a year and gain a managerial position that you you can expect after MBA but in less time and with high salary.
I would suggest you to opt for a Junior level job in programming in any of the IT firm to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience.There are many openings currently in our city for IT programming,Software engineer,PHP coder.Please do a initial research while applying for these job openings.
