Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in connection with the unusual experience that I have faced during recent stay at Your Goa beach hotel, I have been stayed there from 21st March to 24th March and allotted room was on top floor of the hotel.
My stay was not as expected like earlier Stay as this time the air conditioning system was not working in my room. I have complaint twice but technician could not able to repair it because of the unavailability of the spares that are not available in inventory. I am unable to sleep well in humid night. I had to open the windows of the room to overcome the issue but indeed it was very noisy.
I request you to keep minimum spares of air conditioners so that it can be replaced easily and guest do not have to suffer in the humid and hot environment at this coastal area. Moreover, providing table fan would be the good option in this situation.
