Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my views regarding your hospitality services on the security checking and boarding pass section area.
Yesterday, I had to catch a flight for Frankfurt at 3 AM. However, I came to the Airport at 2PM for collecting my boarding pass and have to complete the formalities in regards to security check and Covid test report. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my Covid-19 report and my boarding pass was kept on hold.
I felt worried at the same time because I had only 50 minutes left to collect my air ticket and to onboard the plane because my flight had to departure at 3 am. Yet, I had a word with one of your staff members and he immediately took action to my issue. He took me to the health department for RT-PCR Covid test and was carrying my boarding pass on his behalf. By god’s grace, I got my negative result in 30 minutes, and he gave me the air-ticket by informing me to go at the entrance three to onboard the plane.
I am so grateful for his quick actions in resolving my issue. Therefore, I would request you to please reward him with an amazon gift card of 100 dollars as a token of appreciation. If it is trouble for you to gift him the reward, I would like to volunteer for the same. Please let me know as soon as possible.
