You recently used a taxi and left some important documents there. Write a letter to the taxi manager and say:
– Describe what you left and where it happened.
– Why are these papers important?
– What would you like the manager to do about it?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to the yesterday's trip I made in a vehicle from your fleet having number PB10FE3743. I had taken a ride from Ludhiana railway station to the Hotel Hyatt Regency. I had left my very useful documents in your taxi and would need your help in this.
Let me explain in more detail. Last evening, I boarded the cab around 6 P.M. from Gate No. 3 of the railway station. Although, upon reaching my destination I collected my trolley bag, but I forgot to collect my envelope which was placed in the back seat of the car. While unpacking my stuff in the morning, I realized that I hadn't picked my brown coloured packet which was containing official papers.
I have come to Ludhiana for a client presentation and those papers contain the various statistics and facts which are required to be presented at the meeting. That's why the cover is very crucial for me.
As you are the manager of this cab, I request you to please collect the envelope and keep it safe with you. I will collect it from your office tomorrow morning because my meeting will start at 7 o' in the evening.
I am looking forward for your prompt action.
Yours faithfully,
Harman Kaur
