You recently visited a store to repair your computer but they couldn't fix it , write a letter to the store manager and say,
- what was the problem with your computer?
- What happened in the store?
- What do you want them to do about it?
Dear Sir,
I undersigned, have visited your service center on 18th April 2017 with my problematic laptop to get it repaired. I am writing this letter to convey my dissatisfaction regarding the services that I have received at your center.
Actually, my laptop was getting hanged after the installation of the new version of windows operating system. I was so annoyed that I was unable to complete my routine mailing tasks even. Hence, I took an immediate appointment from your customer care, and, reached their bang on time with the gadget. Despite prior appointment, no one has taken an interest to attend my complaint which gulps my one and half hour without any visible reason in waiting for the response. At last, one engineer came and examined my laptop for the next fifteen minutes.Under my surprise, he declared that it is a technical issue which cannot be resolved by them. Finally, He gave me a cold shoulder and moved on leaving me without any resolution.
Being layman, I feel that my laptop can be restored if diagnosed properly. Therefore, I request you to look into the matter with immediate attention and give me the proper solution. Additionally, I believe that you should review my case to identify the loopholes in your service standards to remain competent in the market.
I hope to receive a prompt reply on my complaint soon.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ
