The purpose of penning down this epistle is regarding the issue I am facing with my Computer. I bought this computer ( HCL brand, with i7 Intel processor) with accessories on 11th of May this year as a gift for my younger brother, however it worked fine for a week but since then its a constant fuzz to deal with this computer.
The CPU is unable to boot up many time, once in a blue moon if it start to work fine for few hours then we do not know when it go down abruptly, screen stays blank and leave us wonder about what just happened. This product is under warranty, so I visited your store with my CPU they initially take only a glance over it and to;ed me to leave it there for a week, I thought it was fine because I was not in hurry. After a week they told me that its working fine so I asked for the actual problem and a demo before collecting it, they were not sure about the actual problem and the demo also failed, they asked me to wait for an hour, as my younger brother's exam are around I need the computer early. Patently, none took this issue seriously regardless of my constant reminders and I had to wait for three hours unnecessarily and returned without CPU.
I am very disappointed with the staff unprofessional behavior and loss service. I need you to look into this issue and provide an optimistic solution for my apathy.
